By accessing or using JAQVILO, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by the JAQVILO team (contact: Sanjit Das, jaqvilo.official@gmail.com, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India).

02About the Service

JAQVILO is a next-generation social media platform where people can connect, create and share photos, videos, posts and short-form content, discover creators and communities, and where eligible creators may access tools to monetize their content.

03Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use JAQVILO.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

04Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on JAQVILO. By posting content, you grant JAQVILO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the Service.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you share, and that your content complies with these Terms and the Community Guidelines.

05Acceptable Use

You agree to use JAQVILO in compliance with applicable laws, these Terms and the Community Guidelines. You may not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or use the Service to harm others.

06Creator Monetization

JAQVILO may offer eligible creators opportunities to earn through features such as creator rewards, advertising revenue programs, fan support, brand opportunities, premium content and payout services.

Monetization availability, eligibility and earnings depend on JAQVILO policies, program requirements and applicable regional regulations. JAQVILO does not guarantee any level of income. Separate program terms may apply and will be presented before you enroll.

07Intellectual Property

The JAQVILO name, logo, design and the Service itself (excluding user content) are the property of JAQVILO and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without permission.

08Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. JAQVILO is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties.

09Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JAQVILO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

11Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for conduct that violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or to protect the Service and its community. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.

12Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.

13Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you access JAQVILO from outside India, you may also be subject to the local laws and regulations of your country or region, and you are responsible for complying with them.
