02Content Standards

The following are not allowed on JAQVILO:

• Hate speech or content that attacks people based on protected characteristics.
• Harassment, bullying, threats or targeted abuse of any individual or group.
• Content that promotes, depicts or glorifies violence or self-harm.
• Sexually exploitative content, and any content that sexualizes or endangers minors in any way.
• Illegal activity, including the promotion of illegal goods or services.
• Spam, scams, deceptive practices and coordinated manipulation of the platform.
• Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
• Misinformation that is likely to cause real-world harm.

03Safety of Minors

Protecting minors is a priority. Any content or behavior that endangers, exploits or sexualizes minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

04Reporting and Blocking

If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, use the report tools available on the content or profile. You can also block or mute accounts to control your own experience. Reports are reviewed by JAQVILO moderation processes.

05Enforcement

When content or accounts violate these guidelines, JAQVILO may take action including removing content, limiting distribution, issuing warnings, suspending features, or suspending or terminating accounts. We consider context and severity when enforcing these guidelines.

06Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you can request a review by contacting us at jaqvilo.official@gmail.com with the details of the action. We will review the request and respond where appropriate.
